Copenhagen 26/1 2017, 33 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. The first part of Nørrebro’s Spaghetti Western trilogy.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head. Stable. Settles as aa thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sour and of citrus, orange peel and lemon. Rather tart.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor has a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more pronounced bitterness with loads of citric tartness. Aftertaste is bittersweet and not terribly long.
A nice light APA - which can live up to the role of being the good one (as I remember Leone’s all nighter Blondie was no Angel).
