Copenhagen 26/10 2016. 40 cl bottle from Føtex, Østerbro Centeret, Kbh. Ø. Silhouette of a beer boiler of some kind on the off-white label.
Pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Settles as a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is actually quite summerlike like they claim on the label. I can smell the wheat which gives the aroma some freshness and a touch of lemonade.
Light carbonation and a watery palate. Gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a more distinct sour bitterness. Quite watery. Sour aftertaste. Lingers for a bit.
More a wheat beer than blonde. But pretty light and simple. Would probably be best on a summer day lazing in the grass.
