Copenhagen 27/1 2018. 33 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Second installment in Nørrebros Spaghetti western trilogy.
Pours clear dark amber with a big off-white head. Stable. Settles as a thin but creamy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma has a sweet fermented fruity odor in combination with a more sharp boozy scent. A little spicy. Some Belgian yeast in there as well.
Soft carbonation and thick creamy palate. Gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet balanced by a sour boozy streak. Aftertaste is bitter sweet.
If being a heavy hitting alcoholic fellow is being bad, this brew fits the bill.
