Copenhagen 31/3 2016. 40 cl bottle at Nørrebro Bryghus. Label that leaves no doubt that you are witnessing a replay of Sergio Leones Classic (a bit overlong) spaghetti western. Even though the "Ugly" has been replaced by the "Evil".
Pours dark brown with a red hue and a mid-sized beige head. A bit bubbly. The foam pretty much disappears leaving no lacing.
Aroma is quite intense. Chocolate, caramel, coffee and alcohol. Hint of brown sugar without overdoing it.
Soft carbonation and oily palate. Quite thick, creamy, viscous texture.
Well balanced flavor. Strong sweetness but with a good strong bitterness in the aftertaste. Aftertaste is quite long lasting and lingering.
If you do not focus on the ABV this is hardly "Evil" but a rather nice way to end a good meal with a boozy dessert.
