Copenhagen 31/3 2016. 40 cl from draft at Nørrebro Bryghus, Ravnsborggade, Kbh. K.
Pours clear golden yellow with a white head. Stable. Settles as a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Sweet fruity aroma. Exotic fruit - peach and passion fruit. Citric notes of grapefruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate. Lively texture.
Flavor has a nice citric bitterness nicely balanced by a fruity sweetness. Very dry finish.
Classic IPA without any surprises. In this case this is fine. And I did not have any trouble sleeping after a couple of these. I suppose I am pretty weak.
