The Collective Brewing Project

 

I enjoyed visiting with the staff at The Collective Brewing Project. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. One thing I really loved was that they served their flights in full-size snifters which allowed me to truly enjoy the aroma and flavor of the beers I sampled. Though they didn’t have any porters or stouts, they had a good selection otherwise and all of the brews I sampled were worth the tasting.

 

 

Love this place. #1 for the location. #2 for beer. #3 Simply the convenience to obtain a solid sour beer

Nice vibe, well kept up. Kind of old downtown building meets brewing equipment with a crafty touch

Weekends get more active and you can even join their club.

My kind of aesthetic. The building is unique and the place is wide open. You can see the inner workings while grabbing a pint or a snack at this awesome little brewery. There are some really solid beers on tap.

Super nice place. Really cool staff and a great selection of beers. Love the pale galaxy, however there sour game kinda sucks (dont tell them...) Either way i really like this brewery and will continue to frequent it

 

 

Stop by here on your way to the local big brewery and you won't be disappointed; nice enjoyable selection, friendly servers, and buy a Crowler to take home.
