A: Pours a cloudy golden/yellow color. A one finger white head forms with good retention. Some spotty lace is left behind.
S: Some fruity hops up front, which are just kind of there. I can't really pick out what fruits. The hops fade to nothing in a second witch leads to a cereal grain aroma. Not much of any kind of finish though.
T: Like the nose, nondescript fruity hops with some bitterness. That almost instantly fades to cereal grains, and after a little bit fades to nothing after that. Just kind of watery blandness. No finish whatsoever.
M/O: A light and thin body. Watery is a good descriptor, as the body just disappears to nothing. You would think the oats used would give some kind of body, but it really doesn't. Very low alcohol, but this just becomes bland and lifeless. While not hard to drink in that matter, just boring.
I really appreciate simple beers and, especially any low ABV offerings I come across. This does not cut it for me though, and I found it lacking all around.
