Draft from a tulip glass (12-5-17)
Look:
Cloudy, hazy orange color with a quick dissipating, bright white head with small bubble texture.
Aroma:
Orange, mango, cantaloupe hop flavors are up front, while a little candies fruit comes up behind it. No malt aromas and a clean fermentation character.
Taste:
Subtle cracker-ish malt flavor with a ton of hop bitterness. Fresh orange and mango hop flavor are present. Balance is all hops as expected. No lingering bitterness. Clean fermentation.
Feel:
Medium body. Carbonation is medium. Slight creaminess but no alcohol.
Overall:
Tasty. I came back for seconds.
