Roll Fizzlebeef is a Gose with blackberry, raspberry, maldon sea salt, corriander, ginger, lactose and a hefty dose of French grown Barbe Rouge hops in the kettle which impart a berry yogurt quality. Fermented with our house kveik yeast strain for an extra fruity expression. Sweet and tart medley of berry aromas akin to sorbet or italian ice and literal sweet tarts candy dominate upfront. A lemony citrusy brightness from the ginger and corriander accentuates the rich tart berry flavor. Modestly salty, jaw tickling sour, full bodied with a crisp refreshing finish.
