Dark fruits, dried raisins, and faint faint coffee on the nose. Slight dark chocolate and more sweet dark fruits surface on the back end. I don't know what this is but that rotten cheese stank is still in the backend. Diacetyl, maybe?

A subtle blend of dark chocolate, black coffee, dried dark fruits, and condensed milk are the primary sensations on the palate; a huge boozy presence in the backend. No signs or hints of any oak, it's just a straight up alcohol burn. Don't let this sit too long as some soy sauce is creeping up at the 12 minute mark.

Medium-bodied with low carbonation, accompanied by a considerable amount of heat. This would drink like a more expensive, poor man's version of Central Waters' Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout were it not for all the flaws.
