Beer brewed for the 100 day anniversary of the brewery.Pours into a tulip glass a mily hazed auburn color with fluffy bone white head.Aromas of white pepper and citrus fruits,mild yeasty phenols as well.Sharp peppery-like spice along with a tinge of honey and citrus spice,yeasty phenols never get to big.A solid offering for a real coll place to hang out on a Sunday afternoon.
