Came in a snifter a hazed amber/brown with a thinner off white head atop.Aromas of caramel toffee and a decent shot of leafy hops.A hop forward barleywine although not a DIPA,big toffee and sweet biscuit melds into a dry somewhat resiny hop finish and it really cuts thru the alcohol and big maltiness.A complex palate with a big hop profile,a nice beer.
