A style that you don't find often done at the local level.Came a slight hazed blond with a large fluffy white crown atop.Toasted cereal grains with a hint of lemon in the nose,not real assertive aromas.Crisp and dryish on the palate with that lemon coming thru as well,it's very crisp and grainy....very food friendly.Way to many brewers just go overboard with yeasty flavors in a biere de garde and the phenols are to obtrusive this one is not,although it may not blow you away it's a well made beer.
