Came in a stemmed glass a deep tawny color with a thinner but well sustained light beige head atop.Dark fruits and caramel in the nose along with a healthy dose of sweet alcohol.Rich on the palate flavor-wise and feel-wise,dark fruits and buttery caramel along with some brown sugar.Very malt driven to be expected and full bodied,a well made night cap of beer,it never gets to sweet though wich made it easier for me to get two.
