A: Pours with a nice haze, that is golden/yellow. A dense white head forms with good retention and plenty of lace left behind.
S: Cracker and bready like malts up front. Some peppery spice, and light citrus peal. I would like the citrus notes to pop a little more, but still very nice.
T: Like the nose, cracker like malts, peppery spice, and citrus peal. Again, the citrus does not pop as much as I would like. Though I do enjoy the clean malt character. Simple and enjoyable.
M/O: A light body that has an effervescent bite. Crisp carbonation, but smooth at the same time. Easy and enjoyable to drink. I can come back to this often.
Very simple, but I think it is really enjoyable. If not t he best example I have had from the style. Like I said, just a little more noticeable citrus flavors will make this shine. As is, well made which is a good year round for this brewery and something I will return to.
