On draft at a restaurant in Lancaster.
Clear, golden yellow in color, foamy white head. Grainy aroma, sort of sweet. No hops. Taste is similar. Nothing to write home about. Thinner bodied, higher carbonation.

I enjoyed this on draft at Brewhouse Grille, served chilled in a pint.
The color is golden with a slight hazeand very thin white head with a fine bead visibly carbonated with no lace. The smell has a subtle yeast with mild mineral smell and light tinge of spice with floral hop odors with light sweet malt aroma. The feel is balanced wtih medium bitterness and light sweetness with medium carbonation and medium low body with semi-dry finish.
The flavor is nicely bitter with herbal hop flavor and slight cracker-like toasted grain with a hint of yeast in the back adds a slight fruit tanginess with mild hint of citrus in the hops as it finishes dry and semi-spicy. This is a good kolsch which is similar to a lightly hopped pils flavor-wise which is not bad just not as interesting as others from Germany with more complexity
