La Nébuleuse

Had on tap. Murky orange body, finger of white head but plenty of lacing, great retention of head. Aromas of candied citrus, belgian yeast, flowers, and a touch of white bread and grain. Taste has bright and full citrus without the sweetness of the smell, bready yeast is large too but in a soft and complimentary way, floral tones round out. Feel is light and full with slight airiness. Smooth, soft, and lifts the palate through the sip!
