Swing-top bottle picked up 2 days ago at the brewery
Pours a medium-smaller foamy bubbly head with medium retention, little lacing, mostly clear pale golden color

Nose nice grainy sweet slight doughy malt, straw, little cereal grain, faint sulfury note, little floral herbal hops, touch spicy, and some mineral notes, light fruity notes

Taste moderate balance although the hops start to get a bit higher than the malts, grainy sweet cereal malt, a little straw and light fruity notes and minerals, light sulfury notes that don't really dissipate and a little cooked vegetable, hops get fairly herbal and grassy, turning a little earthy spicy later, medium bitterness, the fruitiness gets a little overbearing as well, sticky finish as well, not much of the soft lager, crisp bitterness on the finish

Mouth is med bod, medium-lighter carb getting a little tingly though

Overall not that good, started nice with a good Dortmunder aroma, and the taste started good but got a bit too much sulfur, cooked vegetables, sticky not so great lager finish, but it has the components of the nice Dortmunder otherwise
