Pours a hazy, deep ruby body with two fingers of off-white creamy head that slowly laces down the glass. The aromas have a dominant toffee and biscuit undertone, over which accents of citrus and pine coalesce. On the palate, the beer is actually pretty harsh - the bitterness is immediately noticeable, and it really isn't supported by any added sharpness from the hops, and is further dragged back by a heavy finish. This really feels more like an ESB, not something I'd associate with an IPA at all, and certainly not something I could see myself going back to.

Cask at session 99, was told at there booth that this is a dry hopped version of a different recipe of Tankhouse and slightly stronger than the original recipe.
Hazy murky brown amber colour, soapy off white head, no real lace to speak of. Smell is fairly malty, citrus notes, hoppy at points, some grapefruit.Taste is mildly citrusy, malt is big, fairly earthy with a mud like quality, floral hop in finish with a light alcohol burn. Light cask feel, light carbonation, medium body. Just OK, nothing special but a nice little take on an Ontario classic.
