Growler from the brewery shared with my brother last night enjoying Christmas Vacation.
A- Crystal clear, plae straw yellow pour with a two finger soapy white head. Lacing is sticking to the glass in huge gobs.
S- Grass and earth, pale malts, earthy hops with a light sweetness.
T- Grass and earth, strong biscuit taste with a light hop presence and some cereal notes.
M- Light body, light carbonation with little aftertaste. Very non-offensive
O- Pilseners are not really my thing but they are growing on me. I prefer the more hopped versions but this was very good and refreshing. My brother made a good choice when he picked this up.
