Look: On the dark end of coppery but bright and clear, this beer develops a nice sandy-colored head that shows good hold and stick.
Smell: The hop aroma isn't as powerful as I've come to expect, but it's there. It's a little dank and woody with a mix of floral, pine, and citrus elements.
Taste: While advertised as being very hoppy, the hops are a little subdued in actuality. The same notes pull in from the nose, but there's a bit of an odd note that flashes in and out. Something in the malts may be adding to it as well as taking something away from the hops, but not so much that it isn't pretty good.
Feel: The body is medium-full with a bit of fluff from carbonation and a light bite of crispness. It thins toward the end.

Chinook, centennial, cascade, crystal, and Zeus hops combine with a strong, smooth malt backbone to create a golden colored ale. Served on tap at the pub. A finger of head dissolves to a thin ring that leaves some spotty lacing. Aroma is bright and floral, with citrus and pine notes. Flavor is sweet and well balanced, with orange rind, floral, pine, grassy, notes. Bit of bitterness on the end, but very light. Feel is on the fuller side and very smooth, my glass was half-drained before either knew it. One the bigger side (6.9%), but no noticeable booze in the aroma, feel, or flavor. Well done.
