This is the one I came for. It did not disappoint.
Look: A thick, heavy black beer with good viscosity, little light comes in here. The head is brown and thick, dense and rocky with lacing that settles in patches.
Smell & Taste: Lot of delicious roast. Earthy, woody, and nutty with charred notes, a little smoke, and some malty / chocolatey sweetness just pushing through it. The coffee used is very good and entices me to check out Great Lakes Coffee Roasters. A little floral element tries to push through into it, not enough to make it odd but enough to add a little complexity.
Feel: Good body for a traditional stout, it looks more viscous than it is but still flows well with a nice smoothness and not too much crispness or carbonation. Dry all the way with some sweeter edges peeking through.

Deep brown/black in color with little to no head. Aroma and taste are pure cold brew coffee. Sweet and roasty without being too bitter. Smooth and quaffable. I'd put this one up there with FBS as far as coffee stouts go. Probably my second favorite coffee stout behind Short's Cup O Joe.
