Our Red Ale is a slightly sweet and malty beer with a dark copper color. We added hints of hops and fruitiness but our main focus is on the malt character.

Poured from howler to nonic pint. Amber in color with a small, thin off white head. No lacing left behind. Aroma is bready, yeasty, and sweet, with notes of dark fruit and slightly toasted malt. Flavor is sweet and warm, more fruitiness, with a rich malt flavor that intensifies as it warms. A slight metallic flavor is present right out of the fridge but dissappears as the ale warms. Satisfying and worth a revisit.
