Our Raspberry Imperial Stout is made with raspberries sourced from the Farmington Farmers & Artisans Market. It was one of our first brews and re-released for our 1st anniversary on November 15th, 2015 and again on our 2nd anniversary on November 11, 2016. It has a full-bodied rich roasted flavor with a hint of fresh raspberries.

Served on tap at the pub. 10 oz pour in a goblet. Color is dark chocolate spiked with garnet. Served with a thin ring of foam with a floating island of bubbles on the surface. Aroma is cocoa, roasted coffee beans, and fresh raspberries. Flavor follows through, with a rich, roasted dark cocoa base and tart raspberry jam. Smooth and semi-full feel. Hides its ABV well.
