Pip Boi is an easy-going IPA with a lighter body and subtle caramel backing. It is moderately hopped with Warrior, Sorachi Ace, Jarrylo, Amarillo and Belma for a complex, rolling bitterness.

Served on tap at the pub. Shaker pint. Amber color, and a bit of reddish tint. Not much head to speak of. Slightly hazy. Aroma and flavor are both complex and wonderful. Herbal and grassy notes dominate, with tropical fruit and pine mingled in. The malt backbone is solid and sweet. Nit necessarily getting a rolling bitterness, but a very satisfying and clean finish. Highly recommended.
