Very nice offering from FBC. Between this and current tripel being offered, FBC is doing Belgian styles pretty well. This one glows in the light, a hazy straw color with a finger of foam atop. Brewing a hefeweizen with Belgian yeast makes for one beautiful experience. Lots of wheat, banana and clove notes found in the aroma and flavor, with that semi-fluffy feel that wheat gives an ale.
