Our highly anticipated maibock, “May the Bock Be With You” is a light copper colored German style lager, traditionally served in the spring. Our annual Maibock release gets a little extra help from “The Force” this year! Drink or do not, there is no try.

Served on tap at the pub. Pour is a tawny orange color, with a thin ring of bubbles floating around the rim. Aromas of bready, toasted malt, and floral/peppery hops. Taste is huge and unforgettable, doughy and toasty, bread and biscuit, and caramel sweetness. Smooth, rich, and creamy feel. While many breweries focus on the hops, between this and a few other brews it's clear FBC is a master of the malts.
