Served on tap at the pub. 10oz pour in a goblet. Liquid isnthe color of apple juice, with a thin collar of bubbles. No lacing. Low carbonation. The nose is leafy, fresh picked cilantro and a yeasty base. When it first hits the tongue, there's a grainy, dry feel that parches the mouth and a subtle flavor of cilantro, yeasty apple, with hints of lime. After a few sips, the drying, grainy feel goes away and the lime character comes to the forefront. A nice offering, but the initial feel is off putting.
