Very nice tripel. Served on tap, 10 oz pour in a goblet. A shade darker than gold in color, served with just a small collar of foam. Not much carbonation to speak of. Aromas and flavors are much closer to style than appearance, with nice notes of banana and spice hovering over flavors of pear/apple, biscuit and candi sugar. Bbooze is well hidden. Well done enough to have more tha once.
