Our Oktoberfest is a traditional German Märzen style beer. It is dark copper in color with a full-bodied, rich, malty flavor and a mild hints of hops.

Poured from howler to glass stein. Deep caramel-amber colored liquid with a few fingers of near-khaki colored foam. Inadvertently gave it a too-aggressive pour, so it ended up being damn near a hand of head. Good retention, with slick lacing left behind. Aroma carries along malty sweet aromas and floral hops. Flavor is nice caramel malt, toast, some tea-like notes with a grassy/herbal finish.

Horrible take on the style. Nothing remotely like Oktoberfest besides color. Very unbalanced.
