Over time, FBC's Cilantro Lime Saison has become a favorite of mine. I look forward to it being on tap, certainly during the hot summer months. Out of curiosity I picked up a bottle of the TBA version, despite not being a fan of tequila. While the base ale is still quite fine, the additional tequila barrel aging gives the ale an almost cocktail sauce like finish. Next time, I'm getting a growler of the saison sans tequila and calling it a day. If you enjoy tequila (as my wife does), you'll enjoy this. For me, not so much.
