Evil Cream Soda

Pours a mostly clear yellow golden color with white head. Spices, sweetness, literally smells like a cream soda with an undertone of alcohol on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes like a cream soda, smooth and sweet.

 

Medium amber color, similar to cream soda. Smells like some kind of sweet lager. The taste is extremely sweet, not unlike a commercial cream soda, but also somewhat medicinal. A mild bitterness follows almost immediately, but it's the wrong kind of bitter and doesn't complement the sweetness very well. Overall a very odd, not entirely pleasant beer.

O. Listed as 18 ibu. Just tastes like a cream soda, no noticeable alcohol kick at all, not even in the slightest. Could be dangerous. Really liked. Wife approved.
