Appearance: Clear medium golden in color, with a large, coarse white head. An al-but-unbroken sheet of foam coats the glass wall. The head soon collapses to a scattering of foam on the surface. the carbonation consists of moderate streams of fat, slow-rising bubbles.
Aroma: Pleasant aroma of mild lemon, orange, and grapefruit hops, with slight hints of pine. Very pleasant light pale malt, with a home-baked white bread note.
Taste: Opens with clean pale malt, and leafy, mild herbal hops. As the taste progresses, the hops overtop the pale malt, but are not at all overpowering. Finishes with a pleasing, mild, and lingering herbal hop note.
Mouth feel: Fairly full and pleasant, with very mild carbonation.
Drinkability/notes: A very nice and drinkable example, quite well balanced for the style. Alas it is no longer available, as Audacity Brewhouse closed in early 2017. This review is from handwritten notes, ca. late 2016. An old review of a lost brewery seems appropriate to these uncertain times.
