The brew appears a hazy copper color with a white cap that fades leaving spotty lace.
Aroma is slightly fruity with a touch of husky grain and buttery diacetyl. It also has a slight vegetal/starchy thing going on.
Taste has a decent contrast of herbal bitterness to caramelized grain sweetness. The grain character is pretty forward but the bitterness persists nicely across the finish. There is a mild vegetal aftertaste to this but it isnt bad.
This is a light bodied brew with ample carbonation. Overall a decent brew. I appreciate the farm/local concept but think the recipe/process could be tweaked a little bit to make a superior product.

Nice carbonation and mouthfeel. Nice amount of bitterness from the hops. Not too complex. A little banana coming from the alcohol.
