Solid offering from this new (to me) farm brewery. Picked-up a four-pack of 16-oz cans from the chiller at Brown's Orchards in Loganville, PA. Shared that afternoon with some other beer lovers. All agreed it was really good. Unexpected deep amber color in the glass, with a rich foamy head that laced nicely. Just a hint of biscuit in the nose, but a nice malty richness in the initial taste, followed by a subtle bitterness that balanced the sweet malt perfectly. Rich mouthfeel was also surprising, but perfectly matched the nice amber color. All-in-all, a wonderful (and fresh tasting) beer that was far from the "light lager" I was expecting from a can with a tractor on the front. Lagers are less common in the craft beer world, but this is a good example of why they should be more common. Very enjoyable. Glad I have a can left for this weekend.
