Part of Wyndridge Farm's "Silo Series" of one-off IPAs. Brewed with waima, ekuanot, citra & mosaic hops. Looks like apple juice with a healthy finger of bone white head. Smells great; lots of juicy fruit notes (pineapple, tangerine) and a good hit of pine too. Hops threaten to burn your fucking tongue off at first but mellow out to reveal soft tangerine and mango. Resinous pine notes on the backend that are a little overwhelming. Could use a sturdier malt backbone perhaps? Or maybe just a little time to tame the hops a bit. Mouthfeel is solid if a touch watery. Overall, 16 Gary Busey's out of 138, which is a solid score on the notoriously fickle Busey Scale.
