Poured from a 12 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Clear golden pink pour with 1.5 fingers of foamy white head. Falls fast.. modest lacing.
S: Tart and fruity. Baking cherry and fruit.
T.F: Light and modestly tart. Certainly not sour. Strong baking cherry and fruit. Lighter lime... not picking up much of the pineapple. Light bodied and crisp/clean. Easy drinking... a hint of salt at the finish. Mostly carbonated tart cherry.
O: A very pleasant/sessionable gose. The cherry comes through nicely and works well. Decent stuff.
