A bit thin for a stout but a nice drinker at 5.2%

a: dark dark brown & light black color with a hint of dark ruby red. 1/2 finger fizzy off-white head
s: roasted malts and coffee beans. sweet malts and some burnt caramel. a hint of brown sugar and cola syrup, with a faint note of wood
t: sweet malts, and some faint roasted malts as well. a little bit of bitterness from the coffee bean and roasted malt flavors. a touch of dark chocolate in here as well. finish is quite bitter
m: light mouthfeel with moderate carbonation
o: for an English Stout, it's ok. it uses the bitterness from the roast for most of the flavor, and is a bit light in the mouth. coffee note isn't too strong, unfortunately. very sessionable though
