Pours a hazy unfiltered mango color with a fluffy white head that provides minimal lacing. The nose is primarily mango, berries, and pear, with a bit of passion fruit and papaya.
The taste mirrors this profile, and the mouthfeel is medium and a little dry. Pretty decent hazy.

Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is straw gold, moderate haziness but not really murky dense, head is off white with frothy mixed bubbles, head dissipates to thin top with lacing on the glass sides.
Smell is subdued - swirled for stimulation but still limited - notes of tropical fruit, melon, berry, wheat and oat.
Taste is mango, mixed tropicals, melon, berry, earth, wheat, oat. Heavy on mango/melon.
Mothfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a solid offering - but flavor is not my preference with a tropical heavy lean; also a biting component that is tough to qualify in flavor.

my first from these guys and a tasty and modern ipa overall, solid and subtly different on the hop side, nice fruitiness here, not too heavy to rip, and with nice freshness on tap where i had it, less dense than a lot of these. a nice orange glow to this, creamy headed and pretty bubbly. fragrant nose of spicy grassy hops, zested navel orange, and lemongrass, maybe a little of the mosaic pineapple thing but a good mix of varietals for sure in this, and its obvious right away. a little starchy wheaty grain character, some oats likely too, but on the dry side, and more or less out of the way as these go. the yeast appears close to neutral. green grape and pear fruitiness up front, a little estery almost, lemon and orange citrus too, and pineapple candy later as it warms, off dry but i like the length, its dry hoppy and with very low bitterness, but also its not green in the slightest, not forced or over the line, and smooth to drink. a little mango and summery fruitiness late, just enough grain taste and body to make this right, and tidy on the ferment. good carbonation, bright and fresh, and well made overall. id love to try some more from these guys next time out, this wasnt too bold for baked fish and steamed veggies.

Purchased at Pennridge Beverage, Perkasie, PA. 4pk/16oz cans
Pours a semi-translucent, slightly hazy, honey yellow color. A nice one-finger white head on the initial pour. Nice lacing on the glass while drinking.
Aromas of orange and pine.
A nice, easy drinking IPA. Flavors of pineapple, orange rind, lemon, pine and just a mild bitterness lingers after each sip. The ABV is well hidden even at 7.4%.
Thin to medium consistency. Low carbonation.
A very nice IPA. Nothing offensive, nothing that screams “great” but a nice, easy drinking IPA. Well done, Winding Path. My first brew from this brewery and a solid brew…cheers!

On tap at Roma Pizza in Pottsville pa.
Good looking hazy, decent tropical fruit aroma. Tastes better than the nose. A little warming in the finish.

I liked this one a lot actually it was very hoppy for a hazy so it had a really nice balance, not too bitter. Really good for an "in the middle" kind of ipa between the 2 main styles

At the bar at Burgatory after our flight home from our Florida trip, 10/15/21. A very juicy and fruity IPA here! Definite orange, pear and even apple on the nose. A very soft and silky mouthfeel, with definite orange flavor and light hop burn.

This has the proper look with the color and opacity being more or less what you expect for the style. The nose is medicinal but initially not overpowering. The flavor has the medicinal and herbal notes but has only moderate tropical fruit and citrus. Texture is nice and thick and the carbonation is about right too. A little all over the place but worth a shot if you like the style.
