Poured into a grip shaped wide mouth goblet, color is copper, transparent, head is off white to light tan and presented 1 finger thick.
Smell is toasted malt, light caramel, some earth and pine hops, light orange/citrus pith.
Taste is similar with a dominant malt flavor - toast, caramel, bread, honey, then some light but bitter pine and earth hops, with a lighter citrus component.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness with a lingering bitter feel on the tongue and then some drying.
Overall - a malt forward IPA - slightly aged (canned in 9/22) but still hoppy and bitter without cloying presence.
