A full bodied big beer with big flavor. Made with 4 types of caramel malt and local wildflower honey. Brewed with Centennial, Nugget, Simcoe, and Chinook hops in a 2 hour boil. Dry hopped with Admiral and Nelson Sauvin. Aged on oak soaked in Pinot Noir. Hints of cherry and strawberry.
