On tap at the Surf 'N' Suds Beer Festival held at Carpenteria State Beach in Carpenteria, CA.
Pours a hazy light yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is slightly sour with wheat, tropical fruit, citrus fruit, funk, and Brett aromas. Taste is much the same with sour wheat, lemon juice, earth, funk, and Brett flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good beer that is tasty, refreshing, and easy to drink.
