Copenhagen 8/7 2023. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Black can with a well-developed yellow brain hovering in the center.
Pours unclear - almost opaque, slightly dirty golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer foam stretching g to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the ides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fermented odor of over-ripe, bruised Stone fruits mingling with a more subtle scent of citrus fruit. Mango in decay, ripe peach and alcohol. Mild notes of lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and boozy with a bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is sweet with a boozy sear.
Potent DIPA - very much on the sweet side.
