The SimcoeRillo IPA is an American-style India Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo hops, hence the name SimcoeRillo. The combination of the two hops offers a beautiful, piney aroma with hints of tropical flavors that come through at the finish.

I like it. A nice IPA, a little above average. Very cool looking can - your photo needs to be updated. I’d go back to this beer. And was nice to try local while nearby in Three Rivers, MI

Nice, medium clear orange, with medium amber, mixed in. Inviting, touch of sweet spice, with medium caramelized, roasted grain aroma. Understated, spice and touch of citrus peel flavors.

This pours a glowing honey amber. Not much of an aroma but there's a drying straw piney hop flavor profile, with a long bitter finish. Some chew, with a drying finish. Simco-heavy, as promised.
