Pronounced like the name Rosa, Only Gose to Show, Lime is a refreshing low ABV salty sour wheat ale. We juice large amounts of whole limes to supply an intense lime flavor that has this beer reminding drinkers of a margarita.

1 PINT can
Served in an imperial nonic pint glass
This beer pours pale yellow and hazy. It is topped with a fleeting off-white head that leaves no lacing.
Lime and salt aroma. It smells like a margarita sans the tequila.
Good lime flavor. Enough saltiness to make it refreshing. Lingering lime in the finish.
Thin bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel
Refreshing lime gose.

16 ounce can into IPA glass, canned on 6/26/2020. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy pale golden straw color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with solid retention, that reduces to a spotty lace cap that lingers with good streaming carbonation and spotty lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tart/sour key lime, lemon, green apple, grape, citrus zest, lacto funk, wheat, hay, straw, grass, and light sea salt/coriander. Moderate lactic tart/sourness and citrus tanginess on the finish. Light grassy bitterness and spice. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body. Crisp citric acid finish, with no/minimal puckering. Some light grainy maltiness and salinity. Very flavorful and refreshing for 4.4%. Huge on citrus vibrancy and considering the can dating, definitely has a ton of authentic fruit flavor! Would be a great summer slammer.

Thanks to Joplamp for this one, from the recen Can-cans BIF. 16oz can (dated 3/23/20, I think, the numbers were a bit blurred.)poured into 14oz teku. Poured a cloudy medium yellow color with an inch of white head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.
A nice lime scent immediately popped out of the can, and in the glass was followed by light grains and noticeable salt.
Fairly similar on the tongue, with the lime being notably brighter.
The body was, as expected, smooth, light, and crisp, with a tart and dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, I could see draining a few cans down by the river during the summer.
Overall, a nicely done beer. One of the better examples I've had lately. Certainly worth trying if you see it.
