Take 16 Pheasant Phestbier Oktoberfest, 6% ABV. Pours clear golden with a 1+ finger white head that left no lacing. Nose is bready and malty, taste is bread/toast, with slight bitterness. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding. I haven't had a lot of Oktoberfests, but this is by far the best I've had.

On tap at the brewery.
This beer is pretty clear looking in the glass. The beer has a nice golden color to it. There's a white head to the beer.
Hints of malts come on the nose.
The nose is pretty light, and not much there.
Taste - there's a light malty biscuit flavor up front. This flavor does build and really hits my taste buds hard toward the finish. Grain, biscuit come into play. There's a bit of hops in the flavor, and a hint of bitterness on the back.
The body is crisp feeling. Nice feeling to the beer. There's a slight clingy feeling.
Tasty take on the style, though, the aroma is underwhelming.
