Collaboration with A Homestead Brew
Pouring a beautiful auburn hue, Amusant Atmosphère* was created through an unusual take on the traditional coolship method. After brewing the wort, the hot liquid is channeled down toasted log flumes into an open-air tank to finish cooling overnight. The cool autumn breeze chills the liquid, bringing natural cultures along the way. Slowly fermenting in oak for over two years, expect this beer to be dry, tart, funky, vinous, and complex. One beer brewed by two friends: fermented in two states in two different barrels, bottled separately, but enjoyed together.
