“I owe you a cold one” was a favorite saying of a dear, departed friend of all who visited and worked at Take 16. Honoring his legacy, Cold One pilsner is brewed with 100% floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt, which imparts a crisp and clean flavor. Spiced with noble German Hallertau Mittelfrüh in the kettle and dry hopped with the same, the result is a and classic but sweet floral aroma.
