Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a snifter glass.
Black colored body. Thin beige head. Leaves behind a few scattered lacing spots.
Aroma of dark roasted malts and molasses.
Taste is dark roasted malts, dark chocolate, and molasses. Slight char. Roasted malts linger in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Slight syrup texture. Good carbonation.
Gets sweeter with repeated sips but the roast dominates.
