Barley wine aged in Highland Whisky Barrells.
Beautiful clena color, bright. Brown. Almost no foam.
In the smell whisky, obviously, then good chocolate notes, smooth. Cherry under spirit. Intense.
Hazelnut. Again whisky in the taste, with a peated hint. Again chocolate.
Well, alcoholic notes, for sure, warming, but well managed.
Important and interesting barley wine.
